Can't install on Python 3.10.6 in Ubuntu

I couldn't install the package on my machine (Python 3.10.6 and Ubuntu 22.04.

what can I do?

Reproduce the reported pipenv installation on Python 3.10.6 and Ubuntu 22.04, then inspect setup.py and the lightfm/_lightfm_fast_openmp.c extension build shown in the log. Determine why Python.h is unavailable during the package build and verify the installation succeeds on the reported environment.
