Description
Hi there,
Can't quite figure out judging by the docs whether this operator is distinct from the [Flink project's operator](https://nightlies.apache.org/flink/flink-kubernetes-operator-docs-main/). Are they the same thing, fork's of each other or completely distinct?
Does anyone have a high level comparison between the features of the two that might inform choosing between them?
Thanks!
