Description
I tried to train oct_res50 on 4 TITAN X (Pascal). It took around 0.9 s/iter, while original res50 took around 0.4~0.5 s/iter. Is it reasonable?

Research direction
No file, test, or entry point is identified. Reproduce training for oct_res50 and original res50 on 4 TITAN X (Pascal), then investigate the reported 0.9 s/iter versus 0.4–0.5 s/iter difference. Done means determining whether the slowdown is expected and documenting the evidence or a confirmed cause.
