Description

Right now, the script runs a single time after `DOMContentLoaded`, and scans for `img` elements with the `pixelated` attribute. It would be great if the script could then watch for the `pixelated` attribute to be attached at an arbitrary time after page load, and automatically manage those new images.

Research direction

Start from the script's existing DOMContentLoaded handler and its scan for img elements with the pixelated attribute. Trace how those images are managed, then verify that images added later or given the attribute later are handled automatically.
