Description
I am currently trying to run Luminus in a vagrant box which requires me to use cider-connect to allow cider to access the repl session within the box. I am just curious where I am supposed to include the middleware for cider and clj-refactor. I have tired the usual locations, profiles.clj and project.clj but it seems to be to no avail. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Research direction
Start by checking how profiles.clj and project.clj are loaded when cider-connect accesses the REPL in the Vagrant box. Done means identifying and documenting where the Cider and clj-refactor middleware should be configured.
