allow users to also use the mouse to navigate between templates

Currently, only the arrow keys and the spacebar are used for navigation & downloading. I wasn't sure how to select a different template at the beginning, hence, either mentioning the controls or allowing mouse input would be nice as well :)

Start by locating the template-selection and keyboard navigation entry points. Determine whether mouse navigation or clearer control instructions best fits the existing interface, then verify that users can select templates and download them without relying on arrow keys or the spacebar.
