Description

What

PyFilesystem is a library which abstracts filesystem interaction for various systems, including OS, S3 (including MinIO), memory FS, and ZIP (among others)

Why

Implementing PyFilesystem streamlines implementation of indexing, including file names, metadata, and contents

AC

All file operations should work through PyFilesystem, calling the relevant file system - currently the only implemented file system is MinIO (S3-based) - implementing PyFilesystem should allow FS agnostic access ie. by implementing PyFilesystem, we will have implemented an ability to access any FS which it supports.
