Description
Officer salaries receive a lot of media attention and I think it would be helpful to have a "sort by" dropdown in the officer listings page. Officers could also be sorted by first or last name (asc or desc), rank, salary, overtime, total pay.

Research direction
Start at the officer listings browse page and trace how the current listing order is produced. Add a sort control covering first and last name in both directions, rank, salary, overtime, and total pay; done means each requested ordering works on the page.
