Description
We likely want to wait until root domain support is enabled to avoid having to add callouts around it, but this PR should serve as a decent starting point for how to get a Lucky application working there:

The only thing that will need to be modified from my PR is that LuckyDiff doesn't use a database, so there's no database migration logic in the Dockerfile.
