Description

It'd be nice to have an option for `lucky init.custom` that would build you a website without a database.

We've got a few examples in the Lucky website itself and LuckyDiff:
https://github.com/luckyframework/website

Research direction

Start at the `init.custom` command and trace how its application templates are selected and generated. Compare the existing Lucky website and LuckyDiff examples, then verify that the new option generates a usable web application without a database.
