Description
If we add in [Pulsar](https://github.com/luckyframework/pulsar), we could listen for special events to CRUD the cache at any time. I'm thinking like maybe a SaveOperation updates a record, and if we had #1 implemented, we could fire an event callback to clear the cache.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the referenced issue #1 and the Pulsar project to understand the proposed event integration. Then trace how SaveOperation would update records and where cache invalidation could be triggered. Done would mean a decided event design that can clear or update cached records during CRUD operations.
