Preload exception seems to show the wrong location

Anywhere I need to have a `preload_whatever` in my app, it always points back to an empty space in my model.

I'm currently using avram master, so this may be something that broke recently.

Start by reproducing the `preload_whatever` exception against Avram master and compare the reported location with the empty model space shown in the screenshot. Done means the exception identifies the actual source location; no source file or test is named in the report.
