第一次上拉出现的“已全部加载完成”是正常的，但是在次上拉出现了“下拉刷新”

Research direction
Reproduce the issue with smart-swipe 1.1.2 and smart-swipe-x 1.1.0 using a VerticalViewPager, load-more enabled, and the no-more state. Compare the first and second upward swipes shown in the issue images. Done means the no-more indicator remains correct on later upward swipes instead of changing to pull-to-refresh.
