As a developer, I need to create a responsive greeting card layout wireframe including required fields (see below) to guide me in later user stories.

**Developer Expectations:**

- A responsive greeting card layout for desktop & mobile
- Layout includes required fields (see below)
- Layout includes optional actions (see below)
