Send email with info about the room

## UX

- Lets call this "Email room report"
- This only appears for admin
- Admin should manually write their email then hit "send"
- If there are no prizes, disable this feature but let it appear on the UI so they know it's there
- Upon hitting submit we send them an email

## Email

- Contains the date the room was created
- Should list all prizes and who got them (name and email)
- Say how many people participated in total

Start by locating the admin room UI and the room submission and email entry points, then trace how prizes and participant totals are stored. The flow is done when admins can submit a manually entered email, rooms without prizes show the disabled control, and the email includes the room creation date, prize recipients' names and emails, and total participants.
