fix broken files in the root manifest/git mirror

Nobody has claimed this yet.

The root manifest/git mirror contains files that are not valid LuaRocks artifacts and should be cleaned up or refetched.

Audit result: 72 invalid or suspicious root-level files.

Summary:
- 10 `http_error_body`: server error responses saved as `.rockspec` or `.rock` files (could be bug with mirror script)
- 42 `rock_bad_magic`: `.rock` files that are probably not zip files
- 1 `rock_zip_error`: starts like a ZIP but cannot be opened as one
- 19 `rock_zip_missing_rockspec`: ZIP opens but contains no `.rockspec` entry, malformed rock files that were probably manually created incorrectly
