Description
We can replace the blog iframe with an eleventy _data JS file ( https://www.11ty.dev/docs/data-js/ ) to fetch the sponsors. Website rebuilds would need to be triggered by the Open Collective webhooks.
The opencollective.js could straight up be moved to _data - it would need to be modified to remove the HTML generation and just export the members. The members could then be added to the liquid template

Research direction
Start with opencollective.js and the Eleventy _data JS documentation to understand the current sponsor fetch and HTML generation. Then inspect the Liquid template and the site's webhook or rebuild configuration. Done means sponsors are supplied as build-time data, the iframe is removed, and Open Collective changes trigger a website rebuild.
