Description
As part of #364, I updated Bulma and it now has support for automatic dark modes. Unfortunately, the contrast was poor in some places so I've disabled it for now (using the data-theme attribute). But it would be good to enable it

Research direction
Start by reviewing the changes from #364 and the current styling that uses the data-theme attribute. Inspect the affected website pages for poor contrast, then enable Bulma's automatic dark mode once those areas are corrected; done means dark mode is active without the reported contrast problems.
