Description

You already have columns separating values, no need for unnecessary symbols that can also be part of file names, that's just confusing, especially when it makes

'"a'\''b'\''".txt'

Research direction

Start by locating the formatter or entry point for the oneline view and inspect how filenames are rendered. Add coverage for filenames containing quotes, then verify that the oneline output no longer adds unnecessary quoting while preserving the filename contents.
