Description
The value of a ``'s `for` attribute is supposed to be [an `id` of another element](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Element/label#attributes), not a `name`. Currently clicking on labels doesn't take me anywhere; after this fix, the corresponding element will be focused.

Research direction
Locate the code that renders the HTML label and its corresponding form element, then inspect how their attributes are assigned. Update the label association to use the element's id rather than its name, and verify that clicking the label focuses the corresponding element.
