Description

Hello! It doesn't seem like pog currently supports Postgres' `interval` type. There are workarounds for the time being, but it would be great to have this natively translate to a `gleam/time/duration.Duration`!

Research direction

Start by locating pog's PostgreSQL type-translation code and existing time or duration handling; the issue names no files or tests. Trace how PostgreSQL types are mapped into Gleam values, then identify the relevant test or fixture to extend. Done means PostgreSQL interval values translate natively to gleam/time/duration.Duration.
