Description
`DOMParser` supports `text/xml`, `application/xml`, `application/xhtml+xml`, and `image/svg+xml`, in addition to `text/html`. It would be great if this library could be expanded to support these other formats

Research direction
Start at the DOMParser entry point and trace how the library currently handles text/html. Identify the existing parser tests, then define coverage for text/xml, application/xml, application/xhtml+xml, and image/svg+xml; done means each format is accepted and its parsing behavior is covered by tests.
