Description
Hello Lorena,
I had an error message. It said I should contact you through github about the error. The error is pretty self explanatory, but is there a specific environmental variable that I should check to make sure that the perl pdf api is installed other than $PATH?
Best,
-Rob

Research direction
Start with the miRDeep2 startup output and the install.pl script mentioned in the report; investigate how the Perl PDF::API2 package is installed and discovered outside $PATH. Done means the reported command starts without the PDF::API2-not-found error, with the relevant environment setup documented.
