Description
We should extend Dvsim with a generic parser library that can be used to parse arbitrary tool logs.
This will allow us to unify how result logs are parsed among different Dvsim flows, and to remove individual parser scripts (as for example done in the lint and synthesis flows).
The message categories, severities and patterns should become part of the Hjson configuration for Dvsim rather than being hardcoded into the individual message parser scripts.
