Description

When external supply drops, the rram cannot write anymore. The AST must signal this as soon as a supply drop is detected.

Research direction

Start by locating the rram_ctrl logic and the AST signal path, then trace how an external supply drop is detected. Confirm the expected brown-out behavior with the surrounding design or verification code. Done means the AST signals promptly when the supply drops and the behavior is covered by verification.
