[keymgr_dpe, sw] Fix `chip_sw_keymgr_dpe_key_derivation` for `darjeeling`

### Description

During the integration of the `keymgr_dpe` into `earlgrey` the `keymgr_dpe_key_derivation_test.c` was updated.

As a side-effect the test is now broken for `darjeeling` due to the sligthly different boot process. This issue should help keep track to re-enable the test once again. As a sidenote: The `chip_sw_keymgr_dpe_sideload_kmac` / `chip_sw_keymgr_dpe_sideload_aes` / `chip_sw_keymgr_dpe_sideload_otbn` tests are also broken and should be fixed.
