Research direction

Start by locating ibex_fi.c and the fi_alert implementation, then inspect the RRAM and nvm functions available to them. Use the disabled target //sw/device/tests/penetrationtests:fi_ibex_fpga_cw340_sival_rom_ext as the validation entry point. Done means the functionality is ported to RRAM or uses the nvm functions and the test can be restored for CI.
