### Description
When the owner unlock operation completes, ROM_EXT should clear a section of flash specified in the owner configuration. This flash erase should only happen once the unlock operation challenge is completed.
This allows a currently owner to ensure that any sensitive data (e.g. filesystem) is wiped before allowing the chip to be owned by another.
