### Description
Place the earlgrey and darjeeling otp_ctrl generated dif code in top-specific directories.
This depends on the creation of such directories by multi-top. The creation of these artifacts is currently blocked by renaming the corresponding template files as *.tpl.not_yet.
The gen-otp-mmap script blocks handling the dif templates.
