Description
Description
We should create a new Rust library at /sw/device/silicon_owner/tock/test_json that defines JSON messages used for communication between Tock code and test harnesses.
This library should contain an embedded version of the Status message, suitable for emitting error messages that opentitanlib can read.

Research direction
Start at /sw/device/silicon_owner/tock/test_json and compare the Status message definition in sw/host/opentitanlib/src/test_utils/status.rs. Define the JSON messages needed for Tock-to-test-harness communication, including an embedded Status representation that opentitanlib can read, then verify the resulting library matches that message format.
