Keymgr_DPE was originally forked from Keymgr, therefore some parts of the testplan from Keymgr is readily borrowed. Therefore, the testplan needs to be revisited and implemented tests need to be defined in this file (such as #22298). Testplans can be found in:
https://github.com/lowRISC/opentitan/tree/integrated_dev/hw/ip/keymgr_dpe/data
