Description

### Description

Currently, the cryptolib's hardened enums don't include any information from `fsm_sparse_encode.py`, most importantly the seed value and the min/max Hamming distances and weights. It would be nice to include this for all hardened enums in the cryptolib API (I see 23 occurrences, from ` grep -r "Values are hardened" sw/device/lib/crypto/include | wc -l`).
