Description
The RISCV Compliance test suite has previously been used in OpenTitan but is currently broken (e.g. see issue https://github.com/lowRISC/opentitan/issues/11968). Significant change has occurred to the test suite since it was first integrated so we should integrate the latest version and start running it in CI again.
This is not needed for M2 but we should investigate for M3.
