Description

The hmac, keymgr, and otbn difs are missing functions to read the fatal error CSRs. We need these for a test that will trigger escalation resets for every IP, so we can check the regfile integrity fault bit.

Assigning to Arun to delegate to the SW team.

Research direction

Start by locating the hmac, keymgr, and otbn DIF entry points and the fatal error CSR definitions. Review how existing DIFs read these CSRs, then verify the escalation-reset test can use the new functions to check the regfile integrity fault bit.
