Description
The implemented flow in #10729 can be cleaned up as suggested by @rswarbrick
- Generate command line in hjson, to avoid having the path to the output script in the make file
- merge ´cov_unr_xcelium´ and ´cov_unr_vcs´ into ´cov_unr_${SIMULATOR}´
