Description

In PR https://github.com/lowRISC/opentitan-provisioning/pull/294, we added a dependency on the HEAD for hsmtool since the pinned opentitan repo for firmware doesn't contain the MLDSA support in hsmtool yet.

Once opentitan repo creates a new release, we can remove this extra dependency.

Review PR #294 and locate the dependency declaration for @lowrisc_opentitan_head//sw/host/hsmtool. After a new OpenTitan release includes MLDSA support, remove the HEAD dependency and verify the project checks pass.
