Description

Create devicetree bindings and an ethernet driver for U-boot. Ethernet can be used for netboot using TFTP. This would be a nice to have, but probably not as critical to the final boot flow as SPI host.

Research direction

Start by locating the U-boot integration and the existing SPI host work mentioned in the issue, then identify where devicetree bindings and Ethernet drivers belong. The change is done when U-boot can use Ethernet for TFTP netboot with the required bindings and driver, though the issue does not specify files or tests.
