pgzrun won't work.

I checked if I had pgzero installed. It was. Python was just fine, I checked everything that came to mind. All installed and working. I even checked older issue submissions. No help. Yet Windows 10 still says this:
'pgzrun' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
Any help?

Start by reproducing the reported `pgzrun` command failure on Windows 10 and inspect how the installed Python package exposes that command.
