Description
mypy, pylance and other type checkers get their list of builtins from typeshed.
To add extra builtins in custom projects both support specifying an alternative typeshed.
This would require extra configuration on users' parts but at least gives a route to solving this issue across type checkers.

Research direction
Start by reading the typeshed repository and the linked mypy and Pylance discussions to understand how alternative typeshed configurations work. Define the scope of a Pygame Zero typeshed fork and its user configuration before identifying the required files and validation steps. Done means the fork provides the needed Pygame Zero builtins across the supported type checkers.
