Description
Initialising the mixer causes Pygame to burn one whole CPU on Linux:
https://github.com/pygame/pygame/issues/331
Pygame Zero should initialise the mixer lazily (eg. when sounds are loaded) to avoid suffering performance problems if the mixer is not needed.

Research direction
Locate where Pygame Zero currently initialises the mixer and where sounds are loaded. Check the related Pygame mixer issue, then ensure the mixer is initialised only when sound use requires it and verify that games without sounds no longer incur the reported Linux CPU cost.
