# TL;DR
Over the next 2 years, CHS will transition first to STF, and then to an independent org. At the same time, we have some critical changes needed to support the new subscription model. This is an evolving checklist to help us keep track, especially of which transitions will need to be made once vs. twice. Add issue numbers as we create them, migrate finished items to the bottom for documentation!
- [ ] Set up staff email as `name@childrenhelpingscience.org`
- [ ] Migrate existing CHS gmail to new .org inbox
- [ ] Automated study invite emails should come from `chs-bot@childrenhelpingscience.org` - #1904
- [ ] Review & update other email addresses - differentiate tech support, researcher questions, family questions but ensure they all travel to the correct inbox(s). (**BG Edit**: Can we have a very easy to find "Contact Us" section with all of these?) - #1904 https://github.com/lookit/lookit-docs/pull/552
- [ ] Update/migrate off of MIT listservs (lookit-research@mit.edu, lookit-terms-notifications@mit.edu) to service that we select.
- [ ] Set up email forwarding for any CHS-specific mit.edu email addresses (e.g. lookit-tech)
- [ ] Change email addresses associated with various accounts (Sentry, AWS, SendGrid etc.)

- [ ] Transition to childrenhelpingscience.org domain (need to clarify timing) - first allow as separate domain, then set up as canonical with permanent redirection from others
- [ ] Front page - remove outdated info on naming & Project Garden (keep institutions) #1891

- [ ] Update https://childrenhelpingscience.com/scientists/, new "About Us" content #1891

- [ ] Go through all instances of "Lookit"/"lookit.mit.edu" and check whether they need changing (references to experiment type/runner are fine but others need to change)
