Description
**Description**
A family was able to proceed to the study and complete all of the frames without submitting a consent video. The data and other videos for the study were submitted, but not the consent video.
**How to reproduce**
In the consent manager, the study reads "No video found for this response"
**Expected behavior**
Clicking on the response should make the consent video appear and start playing
**Screenshots**

** Environment (OS, browser, branch, etc.):**
Chome, Windows 11
**Additional context**
This response was submitted by a family with two siblings who were eligible for the study, both of whom completed the study. There were other unusual aspects of their responses, however; for example:
- In the initial notification email, only one of the siblings was mentioned as being eligible, even though both were within the correct age range (which was the only eligibility criteria)
- The birthdates of both siblings were confirmed to be different - one by just a few days, but the other by over a year which would put them well below the eligible age range
- All of the videos that were submitted in the data collection frames were cut short, even though the data is complete
In addition, other families with more than one eligible child have completed the study, with no issues with the consent videos

Research direction
Start in the consent manager flow described in the issue and trace how a completed response locates and plays its consent video. Compare responses from families with multiple eligible children and inspect the submitted data and video records; done means completed studies consistently display and play the consent video, with regression coverage for this case.
