**描述BUG**
1. Win10下面gptbox的对话窗口无法拖动
2. 转到设置窗口可以拖动，但如果在这里点击窗口最大化时，软件会死掉（经测试，双显示器，在主显示器上会死掉，在第二显示器上不会死）
