Unable to connect Plexrequests to Sonarr

**Description**
Admins are unable to validate Sonarr settings within Plexrequests

**Expected behavior**
When clicking the 'Test Sonarr server' button, the button should change to 'Success'

**Actual behavior**
When clicking the 'Test Sonarr server' button, the button changes to 'Error'

**Error Messages**
`error | Sonarr | Error fetching service status: failed [401] { "error": "Unauthorized" }`

**Troubleshooting done so far**

- Checked API key
- Refreshed API key
- Using third party app 'LunaSea' I am able to connect to Sonarr using the same API key
