Can't seem to connect sickrage and couchpotato from whatbox

I'm using whatbox and have installed sickrage and couchpotato, as well as plex requests on whatbox. Both sickrage and couchpotato work as intended and I've set the hostname/port/authentication correctly. I'm not really getting any feedback except "Error!", so I'm not really sure how to debug this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
