No "register" option on admin page

Just got plexrequests set up, went to localhost:3000/admin but there is "don't have an account? register" option like there should be to create my admin account. Literally stuck and can't actually use plexrequests because there's no way to create my admin account.

Reproduce the issue at localhost:3000/admin and inspect the admin login and registration flow. No source file or test is named in the report, so trace the page to find why the registration option is missing. Done means a new administrator can create an account from the admin page and use plexrequests.
