[Feature Request] Search existing requests

Hey,

Just a thought, but how painful/easy would it be to implement a search function on the requests page? So you can use it to search for existing requests and check if they're available & report any issues against them?

I'd love this! But not really sure where to start if I were to attempt doing it myself.

Done means users can find existing requests from that page and report issues against them, with the behavior covered by an appropriate test.
