Description

With an ever growing library there is probably stuff people don't notice and might start requesting. It would be nice if PlexRequest could scrape the PMS library and mark the content as already available.

Research direction

Start by researching how Plex PMS exposes its library and how PlexRequest currently handles availability and requests. Define the integration scope and the behavior for content already present before identifying the relevant entry points and tests; done means existing library content is marked available and is not needlessly requested.
