Description
I don't use CouchPotato, SickRage, or Sonarr, but I (Admin) would like to be able to write short notes within individual requests informing users of any pertinent information regarding their requests.
For example, if I can't find a certain request, I could leave a note on that request informing the user that it might be a while before that request gets filled due to unavailability.
Sorry if this has been asked before or if it's just something that can't be implemented. I just thought it would be beneficial for me so I don't have to explain to users why such and such request appears to be getting ignored.
Thanks you so much though. This is a great app that my users quickly and seamlessly adopted and have given it high praises. I'm extremely happy to not be getting texts requesting content additions at all hours of the day.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Trace how individual requests are displayed and how administrators edit request data, then check how request details are shown to users. Done means an admin can add a note to a request and users can see the pertinent note with that request.
