[Request] Sick rage espisode state after aproval

So if i request an old TV show and approve it. It will add it to sick rage but all episodes are in a wanted state, which is not ideal, at least for my use case. It would be nice to have a setting to pick the state you want all existing episodes to start in, maybe even one for future episodes as well. Currently sick rage does not do that good of a job searching for TV-Packs, so i manually download them to save time and to save my ratio.

Start by locating the code that approves requested TV shows and assigns episode states, then determine how settings are stored and applied to existing and future episodes. Done means the requested initial states can be configured and are applied consistently.
